Matt Brown, one of the children of Ami and Billy Brown on Alaskan Bush People, has gone through quite a bit over the past couple of years. While he is still filming the show with his family, it’s clear now that Brown was struggling with some personal demons.

There’s nothing like family. Ami and Billy Brown revealed they completely support Matt Brown returning to rehab for the second time. The Alaskan Bush People stars are missing their son already, but they are proud of him for taking the necessary steps to get help.

It’s hard not having one of my babies here with us.
He was so strong for me, and I want to be strong for him,” Ami said to People, while addressing how Matt was her rock during her battle with lung cancer.

Unfortunately, it seems like things aren’t going too well for Alaskan Bush People star Matt Brown lately. The good news, though, is that he’s ready to get things back on track — and he’s heading to rehab to do that. This isn’t his first stint, either. Back in the spring of 2016, he went to rehab for the first time, and now he’s heading back.

The reality star opened up to People about his battle with substance abuse and his decision to get help once again.
